I am selling my 10% share in G-BFPH for £3,500.00 directly payable to the Linc-Air Group.
The Group is well established and the standing cost is £90 per month per member, flying is charged at £90 per tacho hour WET. The aircraft has just returned from its Annual Inspection without any problems.
There is good availability, particularly at weekends, with an on line booking system and extended holiday bookings are available.

Brand new 8.33 compliant avionics were installed in January 2017 at significant expense consisting of:
• Garmin NavCom 255A
• Garmin Com 225
• Garmin Aera 795 panel mounted GPS with full 3D vision
In addition, an Ocean Signal PLB Emergency Locator Beacon has recently been added.

The engine was replaced and upgraded to a powerful 180HP unit in 2008 and now has approximately 1100 hrs total time; this up rated power plant makes a big difference when operating fully loaded.

The hull is also in good condition with a modern bare metal applied paint livery and the interior has a recent leather trim. The aeroplane lives in one of the fully serviced Gamston hangars so is not suffering from standing idle outside or any hangar rash.
