A fantastic piece of engineering which offers one of the most unrivalled flying experience. The Sportstar is an LSA (Group A) aircraft that gets its power from the most reliable simplistic engines around in GA.. No leaning, carb heating, just select power and sit back. A very spacious cabin offers unbeatable views and a stylish modern environment.. Full size seats with headrests, an amazing luggage load at a convenient location means that long cross countries are a joy…. And at 100 kts burning 14 l an hour, you can go a long way with a full ‘120’ l tank. The plane has done I think 700 hours from new (will confirm this, but it’s around that mark) as too the airframe, and has been kept to such a high standard you could pass it as being 1 years old.

Booking is done on line and availability is very good (if you want to book a week in advance then it’s like having your own aircraft) otherwise it’s still very good. Plane is kept outside with a cover and so out of hours flying and access card to airfield means you can come and go as if you was at your own private strip.
