Taylorcraft LM-2X FREE SHARES for labour !!!

I have acquired all the assets of the original LMA importer, Inc 1 'Taylorcraft' LMA kit 98% complete, Rotax 503 + G/Box+ Carbs/Exhaust (still in delivery crate). Romain Prop, Drawings for LMA CUB kit, and other spares. I am looking to offer Shares/Joint ownership in the aircraft to1-2? capable/interested/qualified! parties to join me in building aircraft, and share aircraft ownership, NO CAPITAL is required, as funds available to source any missing or redesigned components, just labour and tech info needed. Construction is a bonded and riveted Alloy Tube Fuselage, Wooden Spar Wings with Alloy Ribs, as per Piper Cub etc. Based in Downham Market, West Norfolk, (but happy to relocate project up to hours drive from home) SSDR seems to be the quickest way to get the aircraft flying, but assistance to build as a 'LSA' would be appreciated too. 200-300 currently flying in USA, France, Spain & NZ. An alternate to the Bonded Alloy Airframe is to consider a 4130 steel version, using the drawings to create a 'LSA' type? At this point in the project also open to any other ideas/options W.H.Y. ?
