Reluctant sale of my cyclone AX3.
AX3/G-MYGD. Factory built, ideal first time trainer, still going strong and is a dream to fly.
I have owned this aircraft since 2009, since this time the microlight has had new ultralam wing skins fitted from P&M aviation at a cost of ?1500 and has been regularly serviced. Cleats, pins and bolts in the tail section have been replaced. I bought the microlight from an Oxford based flying school and it is has been well cared for.
Fitted with a Rotax 503 DCDI engine, approved 2 blade wooden prop, electric start, ASI, Compass, Rev counter, Altimeter,Exhaust temperature, Hobs meter, Balance ball and EGT.
The microlight has always been hangered and comes with an engine cover and wing covers.
The microlight also has the following extras, complete rear tail section skins,(not brand new but have been checked and certified as suitable replacements), spare fuel tank, intercom, external GPS antenna and internal electric for GPS, will also throw in the GPS unit and Icom radio.
As I am no longer a member of the BMAA the microlight does need its permit to fly renewed and also the weight and balance is due but the microlight will be supplied with both in the name of the new owner. Last inspection was done approx April 2010 and it has only been flown for approx 6 hours since then.
The microlight is currently in the Nottingham area.
I am willing to throw in a 21 foot flat bed road trailer which accommodates both the plane and the wings when disassembled providing I receive an offer close to my asking price. To buy a trailer like this would cost in excess of ?1000. I will not let it go for a ridiculous offer but am willing to consider anything reasonable as it is a shame not to be using it.
I have set a very realistic price considering the amount of money I have spent on it and the fact that it comes with a trailer and extras.

This is a very reluctant sale so please no time wasters.
Please note that prop shown on the first picture is not the one that it has now. If you need any more pics please contact me.
