Apologies for the small technical glitch this morning. It’s the first stumble in years, but rest assured we are still maintaining our 99.999% uptime record!
Why did it happen? I was getting AFORS ready to move to a new datacenter. I have spent the last year working full-time to completely rewrite the code base from scratch. This is a massive upgrade, designed to secure the future of the site.
A better, cleaner AFORS:
AFORS has always been a labour of love for me, not a income generating machine.
Google Ads paid the not insubstantial bills, but I have to admit, they also compromised your experience.
I am taking a big risk by removing them entirely and moving to an optional lightweight subscription model.
This will keep the platform independent, lightning-fast, and focused purely on aviation.

Afors has been online continuously for 25 years. It is THE place to go to list your Aircraft for Sale.
There are numerous aviation categories available, most of which there isnt the space for in this front page.
You will find all the sections and categories in the main menu, which can be opened using this "hamburger" icon, its also at at the top left of the site.
Most changes are driven by user feedback, and I always respond to constructive suggestions, or critisisms.
