I have built historic ultralight Vj-23E for special anniversary.
In 1978 David Cook flew through English channel and in this year it is going to be 35th anniversary.
The VJ-23 is rigid wing Hang glider with 3-axis control and weight is 60kg.
You do no need to get a pilot?s licence, and the aircraft doesn?t need a permit to fly.
Mcculloch engine 123CC. Total hours 2.7
