Negretti & Zambra Mk. 14 Fatigue Meter. This is in A1 condition after being released on Mod Form 731 on 8/9/93 and stored in sealed bag since. Bag only opened to facilitate photos. It will of course need recertification before fitting to a flyable aircraft.
