Empennage and wing kit to be sold as a project in progress. The project was started with enthusiasm, but lack of time has lead to a reluctant sale. The HS and VS have been completed and signed off by a local inspector, with the wings in progress. There is no VAT to pay. Project is located in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.
