Hornet RS microlight, manufactured in March 1990.
This aircraft is the quintessential Hanger-Queen! After its first months, this aircraft was only wheeled out for its annual permit flights.
Now over the last couple of months this aircraft has been brought back to excellent condition. The 66 hour only, Rotax 532, 64hp twin carb 2 stroke engine engine, starts and runs perfectly.
Side by side seating, but a great candidate for SSDR registration. Retractable seat belts, alloy wheels with independent main gear spring suspension, new tyres, and a Newton 62 x 45 that is in superb condition. The wing too is in excellent new like condition.
It is permit ready, and I am prepared to put it through permit after discussions with a firm buyer.
Logs show that its last permit flight was in 2004. Though there is a weather cover, it has always been dry stored.
Log book shows 55 hours, hours meter...Indicates 66.6 hours. (10 hours of ground runs)
Any questions or for a viewing please ask. We are 15 minutes from Exeter.. M5
All the paperwork, including the drawing of the batten profiles are present.
At agreed costs, I can also transport it anywhere deemed UK mainland.
International buyers are welcome, providing they make their own collection arrangements.
Happy landings ...
