Description
One of 40 built in 1956 for the Aeronavale (French Navy Aviation).
In 1962 it moved to the French Civilian Register and became F-BLXV at the
Service d’Exploitation de la Formation Aéronautique (SEFA) Training School in Saint Yan
where it was used to train Air France Pilots.
In the 1990's it was sold at auction at Duxford and became G-MSAL.
It then spent the next 12 years under restoration, which was not completed, and was eventually stored at North Weald.
In 2005 it was taken from North Weald to Spanhoe, where under the supervision of Windmill Aviation, it was restored to flying condition by an intrepid band of enthusiasts whose efforts eventually overcame all obstacles.
It is the only one of it's type in flying condition in this country and there are only about 6 or 7 in the rest of the world.
