Rotax 912UL Engine now SOLD in under 24 hours. Many thanks AFORS.
This has undergone a full refurbishment to include the following:-
1. Electronic Ignition (SMD) units replaced with upgraded and overhauled units supplied by CARMO Electronics
2. Electronic Ignition A/V mounts replaced
3. Ignition Trigger Coils Checked and gaps confirmed as corret.
4. SMD and HT coil Plugs and sockets replaced as supplied by Carmo Electronics
5. All coolant hoses replaced.
6. All fuel lines replaced
7. Coolant expansion Tank cap replaced(1.2Bar) along with rubber protection pad
8. All nuts, bolts and washers showing any sign of corrosion have been replaced throughout the entire engine.
9. Cylinder heads & cylinder barrels have been removed for inspection and wear assessment. All satisfactory with no measurable wear found on the bores. (photos available to show work done).
10. Pistons, Valves and Cylinder heads have been de-coked and inspected Valves re-lapped to cylinder head seats.
11. Both Carburettors overhauled using “Bing” overhaul kits. Floats guaranteed not to sink!
12. Electric Starter overhauled & brush set replaced.
The engine has had a full 200h service along with a 600h gearbox service. Full service history available from new including Log book and Rotax Service reports. Engine hours are a genuine 1725 from new in July 2004. The work has been undertaken by me who has 20 years experience on servicing rotax engines, is a LAA Inspector and Rotax trained by Conairsports.
