During the Annual check a new ignition harness, overhauled 4301 magnetos (replacing the 4201s), new rudder cables, new spark plugs, and a rechromed nose leg were fitted.
A new battery was fitted in June 2024.
The price is reduced for a quick sale at £17,000, 11th November 2024.
It is hangared at Popham.
It has an Icom radio, a Trig Mode S transponder, and a Sky Echo 2.
The O-200 A engine has just over 1,000 hours SMOH, the airframe 9,800 hours.
The aeroplane is on a CAA Certificate of Airworthiness, but new rules enable it to apply to go on an LAA permit.
There are disadvantages to going on a Permit, but should the purchaser want to do this I suggest it is done just prior to the expiry of the current NARC in April 2025.
The aeroplane is for sale, or to form a group around, it’s fun to fly, easy to fly, and an eye catcher.
As a group aeroplane it is already hangared.
