The oil filter adapter is approved by the LAA via the TADS route.
Just need to have your inspector sign it off.

There is a tapped 5/8unf hole in the side of the unit to mount your oil temperature fitting and sensor.

No need to remove the oil temperature sensor any more at oil change.
