Someone is going to get a bargain. I built this Rans in 2008. I have toured the UK over the last 15 years. Total airframe hours are 400. The aircraft has a rear baggage compartment behind the seats and in the fuselage too.
It's got the super six panel which just looks so much better, trig radio and trig mode S transponder too.
Also, fitted leg fairings and wheel spats that really do make a difference to the cruise speed. Happy to sit at 95 mph at 2800 rpm .
powered by a Jabiru 2200 that was rebuilt by Kevin Hyam in 2021 after cam wear was found at 297 hours The engine has a new cam, Kevin also did the conversion from hydraulic lifters to solid lifters. He also did a camit flywheel clamp conversion.
I have done just over 100 hours since then and the engine is solid leak-downs done every annual and all good.
