A 1/10 share of Laddingford Farm Ltd which owns the freehold in and also operates Laddingford Aerodrome, close to Paddock Wood, Kent.

The airfield has two unlicenced grass runways: 11/29 - 750m; and, 03/21 - 450m.

The airfield also has three hangars, and a modern clubhouse with kitchen and bathroom facilities.
