Share in a 3-aircraft group

I am reluctantly selling my share in this friendly and well-run group, as I live too far away so don't get down there to fly often enough. I have my own aircraft as well, but enjoyed flying the Robin in particular.

The group is based at Popham, and has three aircraft:

G-GDKR - Robin DR400-140B (£120ph wet)
G-BTLB - Wassmer 52 with VP Prop (£120ph Wet)
G- BANA - Robin DR221 Tail Dragger (£90ph Wet)

Upfront Costs:
Share Cost: £2500
Group Joining Fee: £250 (included in price above)
Spitfire Club*: £170 (pro rata for this year)

Ongoing Costs:-
Membership of £90 per month

*Membership to the Spitfire Club is mandatory for pilots of resident aircraft, which will need to be paid separately at Popham. This cost includes unlimited landings and access to all events held at the airfield.

The group has several CRIs who can carry out check flights and revalidations, reducing the cost.
