Emergency Locator Transmitter ARTEX ME406 with Antenna £295

ARTEX ME406 Emergency Locator Transmitter with accessories. Removed from my exported TMG aircraft.

For total peace of mind the 406 automatically activates during a crash or can be manually activated and transmits the standard swept tone on 121.5 MHz for pinpointing and 406 MHz for identification data via Cospas-Sarsat satellites.

Self-Test Mode: Includes a self-test routine to verify system functions and output.
Programming: Supports various user protocols including Serial Number, Tail Number, and 24-Bit Aircraft Address.

Battery was replaced and unit re-certified in 2015 with a Test Report. Battery still has loads of power and unit can be self tested.
Recommended new battery every seven years - was due July 2022.

Comes with mounting tray, whip aerial and armed activation buzzer.

Bargain. Must sell so priced at £295 plus postage.
