I am reluctantly selling my beautiful Xair Standard with a Rotax 582.

Here are a few basic details as follows:

Build Date: 1999/2000
Airframe Hours: 536
Permit Due: August 2025
Engine Type: Rotax 582 Grey Top. Rotax 'B' gearbox.
Engine Hours: 137 (SMOH)
Skins: Mylar-coated Dacron - Betts test easily passed.

Great aircraft and a joy to fly. Unfortunately, I have not used her as much as I would have liked to.

She burns around 10-12L per hour solo and 14-18L duel.

Comes with a 50L fuel tank.

Spark Plugs replaced at 134 hours as part of the 25 hours service.

Extensive work was performed by the previous owner during the middle part of this year which included wing spars on both wings being replaced.

There is slight mould on the inside of the aft fuselage skins. Please see photos of aft fuselage.

Includes a full set of outdoor all weather covers and tarpaulin.

All documentation and logbooks supplied and all up to date.

Based in the south west near Bath.
