1/8 Share in TB-20 as Shoreham. Hangared, overhauled engine, new autopilot

For sale is a 1/8th share in a TB-20 operated by along-standing group. The aircraft is hangared and maintained at Shoreham.

Engine underwent a full refurbishment by Norvic in Jan 2025
It is currently (June 2025) having a Garmin autopilot fitted by Bournmouth Avionics

Has a full IFR fit including:

COSTS (June 2025)

Monthly: £140 (hangarage, insurance, subscriptions, etc.)
Hourly:   £70 (dry)
Procedure is to collect "half" full and return refuelled. This is done to a specified tab in the tanks. This is good for 3.5 hours endurance (no reserve). This was a balance between endurance and load carrying capability. This should allow 4 decent sized adults with a little margin to MTOW (your milage may vary!)
