The Piper PA28 Cherokee range is one of the most successful light aircraft series ever produced. Designed by Piper Aircraft, the PA28 introduced a durable all-metal airframe, low-wing design, tricycle undercarriage and a practical four-seat cabin. These features, combined with its stable flight characteristics and easy handling, have made it a long-standing favourite for touring, club flying and training. A single right-hand entry door, accessed via the wing, and excellent cockpit visibility enhance both comfort and convenience.

Powered by the reliable Lycoming O-360 engine producing 180 horsepower (130 kW), the Cherokee 180 (PA28-180) offers solid performance for cross-country flying while remaining economical to operate. Later refinements, such as quadrant-style engine controls and a third side window, further improved ergonomics and cabin light.
