Europa XS trigear 1/2 share based in East Sussex

Selling my share in a beautiful well equipped Europa XS Trigear based at Deanland airfield in East Sussex.

First flew 13/08/2020 and is on permit with the LAA. 158 Airframe hours and 250 engine hours on the Hobbs meter.
Engine Rotax 912 ULS 100HP

Prop Electric Airmaster three blade constant speed.

This prop helps with short field take off and enables cruise speeds up to 125KT .fuel consumption is between 15-18 litres per hour depending on speed.
Giving an endurance of around 4 hours plus reserve.

Avionic include Avmap EFIS, Funke 8.33 Radio, Trig Transponder with ADBS out, MGL engine instruments.
Also has the benefit of a PAW Rosetta FX traffic warning.

The aircraft has been built to a very high standard and we operate with an online booking and hour recording system.
Costs are approx £190 for parking/hangarage, insurance etc plus a £15 per hour charge which goes into the engine fund.

No problems with availability with just two owners! Aircraft can be taken away for a few days subject to agreement between partners(usually no problem)

Aircraft is based in Deanland East Sussex which is a nice friendly airstrip with a nice clubhouse and with a variety of different aircraft based there.
I am open to reasonable offers on the price for a quick sale!
