I am looking to start up a flying group in a Jabiru UL450 central to Chichester/Goodwood in West Sussex and seeing if there is any interest in others joining me.

I have a 2000 Jabiru UL450 with around 1400 air frame hours and soon to have a new engine with 0 hours.

I am looking to keep the group small so aircraft availability is good so there will be no more than 5 of us, but possibly only 4. I am intending on having the members in the group as equity owners so there is a genuine interest from them in keeping the aircraft clean, maintained and up together. All maintenance, insurance and hangarage bills would be split evenly. Share costs will be £4,000 each with the hangarage, insurance and any ongoing monthly depending on how many are in the group.

The aircraft will be kept at Goodwood with a possibility for it to be moved to Lee on Solent during winter months if Goodwood closes the runway.
