Wanted - PA28/C172/Similar

Hello, I'm looking for a four seat/2+2 single for myself (I'm not a dealer or a broker), PA-28 160+, C172, B19 or similar. My budget is £30-50k. It needs to be flyable but I'm happy to take on something that might need some upgrading or TLC, provided the price reasonably reflects this. Funds in place, able to move quickly.
