It has an in-time engine, so can still be used for ab-initio training, commercial use, etc.

Cruises comfortably at 110, burns on average 8GPH. This aircraft is pretty much the perfect aircraft - The SP is the very latest 172, and it just works, beating previous models in every area.

I've owned it for the past few years, and it's been flown by less than 10 pilots, light use - around 140 hours in the past year. It's based in Sussex at Shoreham and Kittyhawk Farm.

Condition......
It's all in good condition, no issues known, and meticulously and regularly serviced. It feels modern, clean and tidy. A few minor plastic issues as per all Cessnas. Paint is solid, but the colour decals are not immaculate.

Hours....
As of 15/05/2023 - 5484 hours on airframe, 1490 engine.
TLast 50 hour check just carried out.

Currently maintained by Shenley Engineering at Headcorn.
Magneto inspection is due on the next 50.
With the allowed 20% extension applied, the engine's 12 year limitation runs until 27/04/2028 or 2000 hours.
I've got the reports from the maintenance organisation I can send by email for interested buyers.

I can provide instruction/differences training if needed. Any test flights are chargeable at £195/hour wet.
