The RV10 is a true 4-person aeroplane. Will carry four full-sized adults, full fuel and a substantial amount of baggage (up to 100 lbs/45 kg dependent on w&b − max all-up weight 2,700 lbs/1,225 kg), while maintaining great climb rate and speed.
Two full-size gull-wing doors allow easy access to the four seats from both sides.
Separate lockable door to the spacious luggage compartment to the rear of the plane.

Engine: powerful Lycoming IO-540-D4A5 Fuel injected 6 cylinder 260HP.
Propeller: Hartzell 2 blade variable pitch.
Good short field take-off and landing capability (details at vansaircraft.com).
Cruises comfortably at 135-170 knots (Vne 200 knots).
Often flown in the cruise leaned back at 21”MP, 2100 rpm,135 knots, giving an economical fuel flow of 35l/hr. The fuel tanks hold 210 litres.

Safety: the Panel has 2 power supplies with auto changeover, which gives a considerable amount of redundancy in the event of power or equipment failure.
Both Attitude Indicators and the GPS have their own built in back-up batteries.

One owner – built by myself, a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer. Meticulously maintained from the start in collaboration with the LAA inspector at Sleap Airfield. Regularly serviced: full log books and associated paperwork available for inspection.
