This manual sheet metal folder has a 1200mm / 4 foot bed length and is designed for bending sheet materials. This has been used with 1.5 mm aluminium and 1.2mm steel sheet with ease. The mouth opens to 50mm, so can clamp rib templates for dressing etc.
There is a 1.6 mm radius on the blade, but you can use sacrificial strips to get the right bend radius or you could machine a larger radius if required. This folder has been great for folding and dressing my wing ribs, but now need the room.
It has a sturdy construction and been a useful addition to the workshop, fine for a variety of metalworking projects.
It works fine,there is a Video clip of it working available if required. Cosmetically it is a little rusty in places and could do with a rub down and hammerite if you need it to look smart.

Due to the weight it is buyer collects only, however help will be given to break it down and loading at buyers risk.

Located 20 miles south of Bristol, down the M5.
