Icom IC-A3E for sale

Greetings from Namibia!
I have 2 x ICOM IC-A3E radios for sale.
The one unit works 100% with original batteries and antenna. The other unit has a newly repacked battery pack but the radio won't power up from it, only via the 12 jack on the side of the radio. But this battery pack works 100% on the other radio. The other radio also have e newly cut mid range compact antenna to it, not original but 100% guaranteed and tested.
As no one can fix them around here, I was advise to try and sell and get something like Vertex.
I am not in the bullshit business and are in fact the training officer and PRO of the Microlight Association of Namibia(Mican) www.mican.com.na if anyone doubts my bona-fides.
Any recommendations or offers welcomed. I could ship via Fed-Ex but would gladly do some photos of the units before hand.
