Mainair Blade 462 Flexwing Microlight. Manufatured in 1997, the airframe has completed 435 hours and the engine 436 hours, permit to fly untill 28th Feb 2012. It has remained in the same flying club since manufacture and has full permit to fly and service history it has had no accidents, heavy landings or failures and is a pleasure to fly.
It's a pull start with twin, long range tanks and has the following instruments:
- Altometer
- Air Speed Indicator
- VSI
- Compass
- Water temperature
The aircraft has prop and fuselage covers and a boss and wing bag. It also comes complete with Communica Helmets, headsets, interface, PTT and Icom IC-A20 radio.
It has always been kept fully rigged in dry hangarage. Over serviced and over maintained.
This is a fantastic first aircraft - ideal for solo hours, easy to rigg/derigg and inexpensive to maintain adveraging 10-12LPH at MTOW. Only selling due to moving to fixed wing.
