Eurofox syndicate to be formed

I am keen to form a small group to build and fly a Eurofox 3 axis microlight, taildragger version. I've previously built an Xair Falcon. I'm in west london and I'd like to build it somewhere close to where I live. Ideally we would base the aircraft in Hampshire but other locations considered. Ideal syndicate size would be 3? Budget of ?15-20,000 each?
Anything considered. I am retired and have been flying microlights since 1997. Looking for a project!
