Bose or Sennheiser Headset with ANR

I have just started training for a PPL and need a good condition ANR headset. I am thinking of a Bose or Sennheiser. (two prong version)

Please contact me if you have something that is in great condition, and is cheapish. I am hoping to spend under 250 pounds.
