This auction is for a Pegasus XL 447 microlight.

It has been in a hanger for and now I have moved has come with me and needs to find a new home. It has a very smooth rotax 447 engine

the engine and aircraft has its logbook and will need a few bits doing to get its permit. the auction includes the trailer and wing.


Good points
XL trike is in good condition and is clean and all ok
Rotax 447 engine is smooth and good running it has been looked after from new with all work being logged on it. (this is an valuable item on its own)
Wooden propeller is well balanced well suited to the engine and clean. (valuable )
The Wing is strong with life still in it as it has been kept away from sunlight and the material is still good and has it battens and even have the battern profile so you can keep them in top condition.
Trailer, this is a professionally built item (again these are sought after)
It has two seats so you can fly with a friend when your ready.

Not so good points
The main hang bracket and some bolts/cables will need cleaning or replacing is it is corroded being kept in the wing bag (parts are still available)
the tyres have dried out so should be replaced.and the spats were removed as they were getting caught and not included, and the cover for the trike has a couple of holes in the material. (the cover on the trailer photo was pre the holes)


In a short time you could have a very usable air plane knowing it has a good engine and just some parts needed for its airworthiness test.
