VW 1641cc. Twin Lucas mags with an impulse coupling on the left. Starts first swing 9 times out of 10
Cruises at a genuine 90 Knots and climbs at 750 FPM
This is the D31A version with the uprated wing spar, this means the aeroplane can lift full fuel and a twelve stone pilot with weight to spare. 2.5 hours endurance
This aeroplane is fantastic fun to fly with responsive handling and good short field performance, a real delight
Airframe Total time is 835 hours. Engine is 148 hours since complete overhaul and 29 hours since top overhaul
