I have built historic ultralight Vj-23E for special anniversary.
In 1978 David Cook flew through English channel.
The VJ-23 is rigid wing Hang glider with 2-axis control and weight is 60kg.
You do no need to get a pilot licence, and the aircraft doesnt need a permit to fly.
Mcculloch engine 123CC. Total hours 2.7
