Piper PA23 Aztec tacho, removed from a serviceable aircraft and stored in a commercial hangar ever since.

The tacho has been stored (temperature and humidity controlled store) since late 90's early 00's.

It would make a very good replacement or spare.

Is being sold as unserviceable as it would require calibration and form1 before use.
