Two owners from new (2009), neither of us has flown it very much hence very low hours - 135 Airframe and 144 on the engine – and my reason for selling it.
Wing strip and Technora modification carried out in 2013. Fuel pump mod in 2014. Weight report valid to February 2018. Will be sold with Permit to June 2017.

Annual permit inspection carried out by Airmasters since 2012. The aircraft does have an AAIB report to its name following a minor mishap (google "AAIB G-CFWJ"). Fully repaired by P&M Aviation at Rochdale in 2013 and flown perfectly ever since.
Stored semi-rigged in a dry, dark hangar, and regularly Nikwax’d. Either flown or ground run regularly throughout the year.
