THIS AIRCRAFT IS NOW SOLD!!!AX2000 with the later, reliable HKS700E four stroke engine which I have owned for nearly two years. The purchase of the aircraft also includes a (near) complete, spare HKS engine which I purchased from Sky Drive at a cost of £500 a year ago in case I required cheap spares. Digital engine Management display as well as analogue instruments, nearly a full years permit expiring 07/2017. Full service on engine last year (by Gary Masters) which included new oil, spark plugs, replaced oil cooler, new air filters and carbs balanced. The entire aircrafts skins have been double stitched the later stitching being the UV resistant stitching and all skins are ultralam. Work carried out by P&M last year; elevators restitched, rudder restitched and horizontal stabiliser restitched (job number 30923) 3 new tyres fitted, top cabin frame bolt replaced. All work is documented. X2 thirty litre fuel tanks, burning 10 litres an hour giving an incredibly long endurance in the air. Also comes with A6 radio, GA headset box and a very bright strobe is fitted. Airframe: 2055 hours, engine: 427 hours. Aircraft is on its third engine hence large difference between airframe and engine hours (all engines fitted approved by BMAA.) This aircraft has been looked after meticulously and no expense has been spared when needed. Comes with parts catalogue, operating manual, engine service manual and a mountain of old bills and receipts. You will be buying a reliable, economical and well maintained aircraft at a very low cost that is in extremely good condition for its age. I have enjoyed every minute flying this wonderful and forgiving aircraft. I am only selling as I have purchased a Sky Ranger and need the hangar space.
