All logbooks and paperwork in order.New copper and brass radiator , Also new tyres, landing lights,battery fitted recently. Two 12volt power sockets for any additional electrical equipment.

Also Carb Heaters fitted --Wing in good all round order --
Passed Betts test without any issues.

Aircraft in permit. Flown regular 450 hours will increase with regular use.
Morris screen and training bars fitted. Never used for training .
No history of any hard landings.

Will cruse all day trimmed at 65mph averaging 12ltrs/hour .
Extensive paperwork all up to date .Three owners from new.

One very fussy owner. Maintained to the highest standard.
No tyre kickers please only genuine intrested pilots.
