Rutan Longese;- Constructed by an Ex RAF Aircraft Engineer. Finished in Empire Test Pilot School colours. Never flown, dry stored, genuinely 99% finished. Parts included to complete, currently loosely assembled ready for transit.

Documents, plans, PFA log book (signed off to section 30 of 34, mainly pre first flight checks). CAA registered , engine log book, VAT paid.
OriginalIy constructed in the early eighties, both business and other events plus I had other aircraft meant that unfortunately it was left on the back burner but that didn’t mean it was neglected, far from it.

Heated pitot (Gazelle)
Landing light (halogen)
Strobe lights ( 240v via an inverter)
Nose wheel (electric retract, Rover door motor, manual override with indication)
Nose/main wheel fairings
Air brake (electric operation with indicator)
Battery compartment and instrument access panels
Brakes, hydraulic Rover clutch master cylinders)
Main gear strut, faired
Canopy air vent
Engine down draft cooled (the correct way)
Engine air fed via filter from below
Lockable fuel caps
Reinforced outer Stakes to accommodate bespoke wing carriers (experimental)
Fibreglass/Kevlar engine panels
Fuse, flight instruments, engine instruments, compass combing and fuel panels ,modular mounted for maintainability
Fuel system; visual and electrical contents indication, twin electric pumps with full flow bypass,
and electrical tank selection (Jaguar solenoid)
Electrics; 12v, twin batteries (main and emergency for standby fuel pump)
Engine: 0-235,2000 hrs, removed from a flight school C152, bores honed, new rings, oil pump gears, plugs, leads, cooling air plenum chamber, oil cooler, carb heat, stainless exhausts
Etcetra, Etcetra. I purchased this engine because it was operated on a Public CofA and on its removal at four years of age probably had an oil change at least monthly and is a perfect engine to operate 'on condition' in a home built, verified by an A and P engineer at the time.
