Due to medical issues I'm selling my very capable RV-6

Constructed in 2004, by the well known builder Eric Marsh, she benefits from both the
larger RV-8 style tail and additional wing-tip fuel tanks giving a total capacity of over 200 litres.
To take advantage of that flexibility the gross weight has been increased to 748Kg.
The aircraft is cleared for aerobatics with the usual weight restrictions.

Total airframe and engine time is 834 hrs which is about 47 hrs per year.
The engine is a Lycoming O-320-D1a with the Vans recommended Sensenich FP metal prop.
Recent compression checks all in the high 70's

Well equipped with Garmin G5 and MGL digital compass, navigation is a Garmin
GSMap 495 linked to the TruTrak II autopilot – very useful on longer flights.
Avionics are TQ KRT2 8.33kHz transceiver and TQ KTX2 Mode S Transponder which
is capable of ADSB-out if linked to a GPS source. There is a Sigtronics SPA-400 intercom.

Engine management is via a D100 multifunction display.

Performance is very good – 2150rpm gives 125Kt and 23 Litres/hour
2450rpm gives 145Kt and 27 Litres/Hour

Endurance can be up to 7 hours at economic cruise.

I have just renewed the one year LAA permit to fly after a flawless test flight.
A bespoke Cambrai cover is included.
