Rans S6 Taildragger, G-CCOF, First Registered 2004, Rotax 582 Blue Top, Warp Drive Prop, Electric Start, Oil Injection (no mixing of 2 Stroke), 2 x 30L wing tanks, Radio + Intercom, Wing Fold, Removable RH Stick and Trim Tab (both approved Mods), New LAA Permit, TTAF 387, TTE 232.

I bought this aircraft in November 2018 and did a fair bit of work bringing it up to a reasonable standard, all recorded in worksheets and signed off. The trim tab is a great improvement on the standard Rans bungee trim and the removable stick means you can strap all your camping gear on the RH seat without restricting stick movement - or you can fly with a small-ish dog on your passenger's lap :-) The skins are (IMO) fair and haven't been left out in the sun.

Currently Group A 454Kg with empty weight 247Kg, but a paperwork exercise + new W&B could make her a 450kg microlight (see LAA MOD 10, Category Change).

I have been keeping the aircraft with the wings folded in its trailer-hangar at my place and flying out of my back field. It can be rigged single handed (although quicker with two people) but it's not a "quick rig" - realistically a couple of hours for one person start to finish, and the de-rig is similar.

The trailer-hangar is solid and weatherproof, legal (I think) and tows fairly well - after I moved the wheels to sort out the balance. It's only for sale separately if someone has already bought the aircraft and doesn't want the trailer.

Reason for sale - it's just not getting enough use to justify its keep and I have an SSDR as well as other things to fly. Could be a nice buy and relatively cheap flying for someone who will use it more.
