G-BUTZ is a 1967 PA28 Cherokee with the 180hp engine, which provides great performance, and is a realistic 4-seat tourer.
TTAF 8118, Engine 1733. 439 since last top overhaul.
These will increase as still being flown regularly.
Good avionics fit incl. 8.33 radio, Narco transponder, Bendix Nav/Com, ADF, DME, dual altimeters.
New LED wingtip strobes.
Interior 6/10, exterior mostly 8/10. Wingtips will get some attention before sale.
CofA due March 2023. This will be renewed in March or at time of sale if earlier than that.
Comes with refurbished Cambrai cover.
A great tourer, she has taken our syndicate to Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, France, IoW etc. Sadly the syndicate is moving on in different directions so it's time for someone else to enjoy her thoroughly reliable company.
