Equity group shares in a PA46?

Malibu

I'm curious if there is any existing group, preferably not too far from London, which operates a Malibu/Mirage? Given the cost/effort involved in maintaining the aircraft individual ownership seems to make even less (financial) sense than for less sophisticated planes.
