We are offering the rare opportunity of a shares available in our delightful PA28 Archer 11 (1981) operated by the GOLF JULIET FLYING GROUP

The GOLF JULIET FLYING GROUP is long established having been formed 40 years ago with this aircraft and is now fully established
at Fishburn Airfield in Durham , easily accessed from the A1 and A19. in a fully owned purpose built steel hangar (see photo) with a petrol tug to provide easy moving of the aircraft . There is an on site self service AVGAS station where we are afforded discounted fuel.

The requirements for members is at least 100 hrs total SEP time. with good experience of GA airfields of varying runway lengths, surfaces and operational procedures.

The share price is competitively price at £6000

The Hourly ( tacho) at present, is £136 per hr, variable with the cost of AVGAS current at the time, it includes a engine fund to fully fund replacement at 2000 hrs and provision for maintenance related to flying hrs.

The monthly is £145 per month and includes the hangar and all operational costs, based and reciprocal landing fees and full membership of Fishburn Airfield .

For a pilot undertaking 20 hrs per annum this is competitive with flying club rates considering the performance and quality of the Piper Archer with a higher cruise speed than most club PA28’s. The freedom to take the aircraft for a full days, even for a full week. Home landing fees included along with many other airfields on a reciprocal basis, no delays at the hold on departure or orbits on return as with large airports and no security pass charge, shows how this far out passes that of flying club aircraft.

The Aircrafts flying availability is very good with many of the members flying together, taking the aircraft away for a day or more is not a problem, and no restriction to flying anywhere in the UK or Europe.
