The Golf Juliet Flying Group who were established 35 years ago , and are established at Fishburn Airfield in Durham hangarage after having to move from Teesside Airport after hangarage was taken from them and other long term residents.
We have shares for sale to a suitable applicant .
The Aircraft, a Piper Archer 181, is based in a newly built steel self contained detached hangar on the airfield. The aircraft is maintained to the highest standard and is well equipped and financed with funds to provide major periodic cost ie engine replacement, etc.
The Aircraft is well equipped for its primary operation for pleasure VFR and IFR flying from Fishburn Airfield. Its performance is well suited to the Airfields runway.
A tug is provided for singled handed hangar operation moving the Aircraft in and out of the hangar .
Fishburn Airfield is a delightful airfield with a very active and helpful GA community, it is a grass airfield, with self service fuel, and a café restaurant open seven days of the week.
