Due to a new business venture I’m regrettably selling my
25% share in our lovely Skyranger Swift 912S which is based in a brand new purpose built hangar at Fishburn airfield near Co Durham.
Group currently consists of 4 very easy going members with excellent availability and all bookings arranged by using What’s App which works really well
G-CDUS is a 100hp Rotax 912S model which offers amazing overall performance.
Aircraft MTOW is 472kgs.
Engine : 992hrs
Airframe : 970hrs.
Engine recently had its 100hr service and not flown a great number of hours since.
Recent brake overhaul with brand new brake discs and pads.
All wheel bearings replaced on the nose gear and main wheels.
Aircraft share will be sold with a new permit from November 2023.
Radio and transponder fitted along with Pilot Aware.
Electronic artificial horizon ( EFIS ) backed up by traditional “steam gauge” instruments.
Fitted strobe lights & LED landing light.
Upgrades include winglets and neoprene draft reduction pack.
Aircraft fuel E5 usage is around 10-12 ltrs which at current prices equates to less than £20 per hour.
Share offered at £8k for a 25% ownership of this delightful and fun to fly aircraft.
Monthly fees £130 which covers hangar fees, aircraft insurance and permit renewal.
You simply pay for your own fuel for every hour flown and you pay £10 per hour towards the aircraft maintenance fund.
Maintenance fund already has a healthy budget towards any repairs or maintenance.
