I have the option to buy a very low time, 200hrs, 182Q that I have been flying for the last 2 years. I do not fly enough for sole ownership to make financial sense, therefore I am looking for 1 or 2 co-owners to make up a group 50/50 or 33/33/33.
To bring the hourly rate to a sensible number we would need to fly 100-150 hrs a year between us.

The owner is about to undertake a full IFR glass cockpit fitout.

I can give more details to anyone who is serious about buying in with me, here are some top level details.

Engine 200 hrs since rebuild
80USG long range tanks
Blue and White paint, blue cloth interior, full Whelen LED nav, landing, taxi lights

New avionics about to be fitted:
G3X PFD, GTN 750, G5 or GI275 back up, integarted audio panel, ADB-S out and transponder
Digital engine monitor
Optonal GFC 500 autopilot

Option to refit interior circa £7k when instruments are being fitted

Circa £60k per share if split 3 ways
Montly fixed costs parking / insurance £220 which we could reduce the insurance depending on hours flown
