It is a Synthesis II wing with a Nirvana Rodeo paramotor.
Included is:-

Spare propellor,
Helmet
Flying suit
Strobes
Tach-hour meter

Full information is shown on the invoice.

The log book shows it has 8.2 hours on the airframe/ engine, and this is tach-hour meter.
