Starting a syndicate in Devon

I am wondering if there is any interest in starting a syndicate in Devon, possibly based around Exeter or Dunkerswell. This is really at the beginning stage; there are no partners, no aircraft, no base, agreements or anything in place. If there is sufficient interest in the buying of equity shares in a Piper Warrior, then we can move forward. Any interest, please let me know. Also, any advice from those with experience and knowledge of such a venture, please share.
