Office/Building - ISO Conversion

Please see for sale our 40ft professionally converted ISO Office/Container/Building. This unit is 1 year old, has never been used and was custom built for us but is unfortunately now surplus to requirements and ready to be fitted out to your specifications. These units are incredibly well built and due to originally being an ISO container, can be moved easily and safely.

Specifications below:
Insulation

The unit has 50mm of rigid insulation board encapsulated in a timber frame on the exterior sides and roof, wrapped in a breathable membrane then clad with feather edge board. Internally, there is a further 50mm on the sides and roof, then topped with OSB. It has over 100mm of insulating factor, over twice that of any other unit available and is as such, incredibly warm, quiet and cheap to heat. 
Glazing

As you can see from the pictures the office unit features 2x 2mtr.2.2mtr glazed panels at the end, accompanied by a 3 mtr bifolding door and a double glazed access door to the side. The 2mtr panels and the access door are brand new units, although the bifold is reclaimed with fresh glazing and seals. These keep the unit warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Internal Fittings
The unit is ready for finishing to the buyers spec. The lighting run is in (to blue plugs) and the light fixtures, sockets and main board are all included with the sale. There are 3x eternall flood lights (fitted and wired) plus a commando socket for main power. 
The roof structure
The roof is currently timber slant built (to prevent rain nose) and the side pieces are missing for transport. They can be manufactured on site once the unit is sited (removeable) 

This unit owes us in excess of £18000 in materials and can be delivered anywhere in the UK. We'll accept offers via email or phone call, but it's got to go as we need to clear the site.
