Very good condition, 2002, 2 previous owners, current sole owner for last 6 years, hangered for most, if not all, of its life.
No known accident history. Easy to fly and maintain.

Permit until May 2025, all required work done.
770 hours, at present, on engine (2200 A no. 1041) and airframe.

Wood/composite prop. TQ Dittel KRT2 8.33kHz transceiver, attitude indicator, ASI, VSI, Alt, engine tacho, CHT, oil temp & pressure. Weight empty 258.5kg, Max 450kg.

It is currently a microlight but can qualify as a SEP with flap adjustment and application to LAA.

Extras include spats, cabin heater, outdoor covers for prop and cabin. Full size rudder. 90 knots at 2600 rpm.

I have about £500 worth of engine spares and a Pilot Aware Rosetta with internal installation kit – to be sold separately.

Selling because of little use in recent years.
