An exciting opportunity to get involved in a newly forming group!

We have been tasked with helping set up a new group based around a Pitts S1 aerobatic aircraft, with a number of examples currently on the market now is a perfect time to bring some aerobatic fun to the West Midlands.

What we are proposing;

1/6th Share in a suitable Pitts S1 - £6000

Monthly Subs - £100 (to cover; Hangarage, Insurance & general maintenance)

Hourly - £25 per hour dry (fuel & smoke oil to be paid as used), circa 30-40LPH avgas.

Basing the aircraft at Half Penny Green airfield, with 6 x large hard runways, offering year round flying, plenty of class G airspace and a central location.

What we are looking for;

Enthusiastic pilots who are looking for affordable safe aerobatics, the world renowned Pitts S1 is an exciting aircraft to fly, however does require above average piloting skills, we will need members to be currently tailwheel proficient and will need to be signed off in a Pitts S2 with an approved instructor. If you are not currently aerobatic rated, this is not a problem as you don't have to be upside down to enjoy a Pitts!
